Third Party Accreditation

Many projects in the UK are considered to be 'Crown Exempt' from Building Regulation Approval, if the client is The Crown. However, there is still a need for the project to comply with building regulations and with increasingly more stringent rules and regulations governing who can sign-off on the compliance being the case, most project managers or designers prefer to employ a third party to give their accreditation to the compliance.

Align provides this as a regular service and have particular expertise in the transport sector, where compliance is not only of paramount importance for safety reasons, but also has to co-ordinate with the particular industry regulations already in existence.

Align are often approached by clients who know that their project does not require formal building regulation approval, but given the multi-service discount, they recognise the advantages of being able to provide that accreditation when undergoing other works and services.
